Editor's Note: In cooperation with the Edwardsville Arts Center, the Intelligencer is publishing previews of all the artists to be featured at the 2022 Edwardsville Art Fair. This is the seventh story in the series.

The Edwardsville Art Fair will be held in City Park in downtown Edwardsville from Friday, Sept. 23 to Sunday, Sept. 25. The fine art show features the original works of approximately 100 artists as well as local food and drink. Edwardsville Art Fair is a three-day opportunity for families to see, make and buy art.

Here is a sneak peek of some of the artists who will be participating:

Artist Statement: I use dichroic glass and other glass to produce wearable sculptures, ornaments and mobiles. I achieve a 3D look with a TAC fuse, formed by a kiln firing at different temps and hold times.

Artist Statement: I love nature, particularly creatures of the oceans and rivers, so I focus most of my work around this theme. I love working with clay and wood to create clay sculptures, tiles, wood boxes and other various items that incorporate these creatures in some way.
